Finance and Insurance (F&I)

There is no screening or selective process to enroll in the program. The Finance and Insurance class is an intense five-day class meeting from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. four times a year.The class is geared towards assuring that participants become efficient, productive and profitable F&I managers for their dealerships whether they are relatively new to the auto industry or have many years of F&I experience. The fifth day of the class is roll-playing.
Curriculum includes a comprehensive presentation of every aspect of finance and insurance operations inclusive of the newest F&I techniques and procedures. A half-day session is dedicated to managing lender relationships.
The class is conducted by National Sales Trainers for American Financial and Automotive Services, one of the nation's top F&I training companies. Tuition is $565.
