Our candidate has excellent work history and references with 14 year at last employer as the lead Warranty Administrator and backup Service Advisor at two import dealership organizations. This dealership group was consistently the number 1 dealer in the USA in sales and the number 1 in the nation for least warranty submission errors. Duties included: a core focus on warranty claims management via CDK software for coding, correcting, and closing warranty RO’s, working with technicians and service managers to ensure RO’s are closed within manufacturer’s requirements, submitting claims to manufacturers daily, obtaining authorization from district rep or national headquarters when needed, running daily warranty reports, weekly dealer warranty reports and working with the accounting department to post any adjustments to the service and parts department.
