Builds a profitable culture from sales to finance by strengthening operational systems and coaching teams to exceed targets through disciplined execution. Has lead teams of 10-15 sales reps, 3 finance managers, and 4 desk managers. In the past, achieving record sales volume and record front/back gross across the entire organization. Our candidate has very good references and good work history in the past. Experienced in both import and domestic brands.
Pay range: $250k (+) per year
