This candidate has proven ability to lead highly profitable dealership operations, develop future leaders, transform F&I performance, grow fixed operations, manage multi-store teams, integrate acquisitions, execute DMS conversions, maintain compliance, and build performance-driven cultures.
Pay range: $275k (+) per year.
