As a previous dealership principle, this new car dealership General Manager candidate is a NADA graduate and is a fully approved Dealership Principle for two automotive brands.
Currently out of state: however, moving back to the Pacific Northwest. No house to sell and ready to start work when hired. Interested in either a General Manager or a partnership position.
This candidate:
Has the ability to meet the highest standards in both sales and fixed operations.
Is successful building strong teams.
Has a track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
Develops and maintain strong working relationships with the factories and lending institutions.
Is focused on OEM approvability
Ensures department managers are trained and supervising employees for optimum effectiveness.
Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect dealership operations.
Has DMS experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds and DealerTrack.
Pay range: $350k to $500k depending on size of dealership
